Lighthouse Keep, St Anns head, Dale, Pembrokeshire Details

The new lighthouse at St Ann's head was built in 1844 replacing the older lighthouse that is nearby. the keepers cottages date from the same period and the lighthouse is now fully automatic freeing Lighthouse Keep to be a perfect base for holidays. The nearby lighthouse is still active but the light is shielded from the house.

Lighthouse Keep has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a partial sea view, king size bed and en-suite equipped with free standing bath and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 looks fully  out onto the sea and has a traditional hand-forged iron double bed. Bedroom 3 has a partial sea view, and two single beds all the rooms have wardrobes and storage.

The house is equipped with a cot and highchair and there is a child gate at the bottom of the stairs.

Downstairs you'll find a well equipped kitchen looking out onto the patio and sea beyond, a generous lounge and separate dining room. There is gas central heating throughout supplemented by a log burning stove(s) perfect for autumn and winter evenings.

Outside is a south-facing patio area looking out onto the sea with a barbeque and a 6-person hot-tub to recharge tired feet or to just enjoy a glass of wine and watch ships come in and out of Milford Haven.

Being dog owners ourselves we welcome up to 2 dogs to Lighthouse Keep (more may be accommodated with special arrangement). The patio area is large (check dimensions) and walled to 3 1/2 feet.

Lighthouse keep has full fiber broadband (250Mbps) so you can be as connected as you like but if you choose to tell people you're out of reach we wont tell!

Opposite the front of the house is generous private parking for three cars.
